Vegetarian Cheese Lasagna

Vegetarian Lasagna


  • 1 Box of Lasagna noodles
  • 15 oz Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 16 oz Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Vegetables (optional spinach etc.)


Preheat Oven 350
(spray glass pan with cooking spray)

  1. Cook and drain lasagna noodles.
  2. Mix egg with Ricotta cheese.
  3. Make even Layers alternating with noodles, ricotta filling, sauce, Mozzarella cheese. Make at least 4-5 layers.
  4. End with noodles on top and spread with a little sauce and cover top with cheese. (Tip: add Colby Jack cheese with Mozzarella for top layer.)
  5. Bake until golden brown and cheese is sizzling. About 45 minutes.
  6. Cool  at least 10 minutes before cutting.
