Vegetarian Stir Fry


Fresh Vegetables + Brown Rice = Happiness

Ingredients:

Short Grain Brown Rice

Vegetables: Broccoli, Corn, Carrots, Onion, Spinach

Seasoning-Garlic powder, Tamari

Directions:

Prepare Brown Rice- cook as much rice as you need for number of servings & amount of vegetables your using. I like extra rice so I use 1-2 cups rice  (*ratio of rice to water is 1 cup dry rice to 2 cups water.  (Tip bring water to a slight boil, reduce heat & then add lid )  Cook time of rice is about  45 minutes to an hour. 

Next make the Stir Fry-chop assorted vegetables & add seasonings to a skillet or pot (Tip I like to use a little water (about 1/2 cup) rather than oil to cook vegetables.)

Saute veggies on medium to high heat till done about 15 minutes.
